Full service restaurant, serving authentic Indian cuisine. The atmosphere is of casual dinning. The decor is simple yet tasteful. The cieling has a beautiful painting of a sunset as you walk in. The restaurant is in the heart of Clarendon and is hidden, since it is not on Wilson Boulevard.
Monday - Sunday 11:30-2:30 Lunch and 5:00 to 10:00 PM for dinner |

Cafe New Delhi is Arlington's best kept secret (hidden in the heart of clarendon). Delicious entrees (like Khumbhi Saag (spinach and mushrooms), Bangan Bharta (roasted eggplant), Butter Chicken, Saag Ghost (spinach and lamb). If you love spicy food try the vandaloos. The samosas here are bigger than other places. Love the chaat papri ( a light delicious appetizer). Also checkout the ceiling ( a beautiful painting of the sunset). |

Cafe New Delhi is a great restaurant. It is nice and quiet. The full service is refreshing(rare in indian restaurants).

My favorite dishes are the Bangan Bharta(roasted eggplant), Bhindi Masala( stri fired okra), palak paneer( spinach and cheese dish), and chana masala(chick peas).

House specialties are butter chicken. Also their samosas are great( fairly large) |
