The food is wonderful and the experience is fun. We went to Masala Grill with 4 other couples and shared each others meals. The service can be slow but the wait staff is responsive when asked to be. The meals were presented nicely. |

This is my favorite Indian restaurant locally. The Afghani Naan is to die for. I also enjoy the Mint Chicken Tikka, the Aloo Papari Chaat, and any curry dish.
This place would be a gold mine if not for the service. It used to be great when they first opened. Since then, it's been horrific. The staff is rude, inattentive, incompetant and downright nasty at times. I'm not sure what the problem is, but they need to fix it. If they do, they'll be the best. |

The food here is one of the best in Princeton without the hefty price at most of the other restaurants in the area. |

This was a different restaurant than the other Indian restaurants we have been to. There were a lot more vegetarian choices and some interesting sizzlers. In the breads, the Afghani Naan was excellent. It was crisp and yet soft in the inside. It had a great flavor. The other dishes we tried were also good. |

Food is okay but the attitude of some of the staff is terrible. We had to wait 30 minutes for a reserved table on a not very busy evening and then were given a too small table in the coat room as far as we could tell. When we pointed that out we were told rather nastily that we could wait until our reserved table was free. (Which we did and were seated 45 minutes after our reservation). Every request was met with a annoyed look. Trying to get water, etc. was an ordeal and food came out very slowly. No apologies, no comps, no nothing. On top of that, the gratuity was added to our bill since we were a larger party. There was one friendly waiter but Mr. Personality seemed to be in charge. |

Besides being an attractive restaurant with great service, this is one of the few Indian restaurants in the area where all dishes do not taste the same. The chef's use of spices complement each dishes' ingredients without masking the flavor. The high quality of the food along with the broad and interesting menu make this one of my favorite Indian restaurants in the state. |
