Decent variety in buffet. As a South Indian I can say that the Sambhar was below par. Ambiance is not bad. Overall a safe bet when you are not in an adventurous mood and assuming you are Desi (meaning - you are from India). |

This place is packed on weekends -- its buffet is quite popular with local Indian families.
There are fewer waiters than you might expect, but since practically everyone goes to the buffet, they're remarkably efficient -- they kept our water refilled, and each time we went to the buffet, our plates were whisked away by the time we returned.
The buffet has a nice variety of South and North Indian dishes. The rongan josh was quite good. Most of the food isn't terribly spicy.
Mango lassi was good - about the right consistency, with a good balance of mango and yoghurt flavors.
The food may not be a revelation, but Sneha is worth a trip for several reasons. It's a good deal, it gives you a chance to try South Indian food, and you may get to see bits of Indian musicals. |
