Lunch buffet is OK too	May 2nd, 2001
One of the few lunch buffets open past 2pm; I'm surprised that Dawat doesn't draw the crowd that it used to. Good sturdy interpretations of North and South Indian fare, and fresh-cooked roti that is better than most buffet fillers. Of all the Indian joints on Castro this is probably the best overall.
